No matter how big or small your contribution may be it all goes a long way in making a considerable difference.
Impact on one life:
- $1-makes a difference by buying a toothbrush and toothpaste for one child
- $5-makes a difference by giving one child of a soft toy, pencils, note book , hair brush, toothbrush, a book.
- $10- can give an orphan complete dental care including extractions and fillings
- $15- can pay for a complete root canal on a front tooth
- $30- will provide general anaesthetic at the hospital for multiple extraction of rotten painful teeth for a poor child
Impact a community:
- $500- allows a school to receive a toothbrushing program for a whole year
- $900- can pay for a visit by a team of dentists and dental students to a rural area for three days to provide basic dental treatment to villagers
- $2500- can pay for a one week visit by a team of dentists and dental assistants to provide urgent dental care for 250 prisoners in a provincial prison
