Thanks to the many IU 4th and 5th year Dental Students

On the 23rd to the 27th Nov 2009, the MOBILE team went to Takeo province for dental work to help the poor and the destitute. We treated hundreds of people all with their own stories and sufferings . Here is a girl that we were privileged to help. She lived an hour + out of Takeo where the dental team were stationed, the medical team went there to see what could be done to help and found this girl, as you can see she has significant dental decay, not surprisingly she was in pain. She was very self conscious and had not been able to attend school. On the back of Moto she was taken to the dental team and 3 hours later under Dr Bethy's skillful hands we have a new girl, for the first time i saw her smile. What price is a smile ? If she was the only one we had helped then the trip would have been worth while.... Thanks to our dedicated team...hundreds were helped.
